Opeation Gift Cards
started by Stamford DAV Chapter #13 and Derby/Shelton Military Order of the Purple Heart Chapter #1 has expanded to include 60 other units and individuals.
Since October 2005, during 73 monthly/bi-monthly visits, 11,600 "Thank You" kits, including $232,000 in PX gift certificates, have been distributed to our wounded and injured troops at Walter Reed and Bethesda Military Hospitals in Washington DC under Connecticut's
